BULK SCRUB PANTS PLANNING

Plan your size and inseam breakdown.

List each requested size and inseam on a separate line so your quotation brief shows exactly how the pant quantities are split. This fictional buyer request illustrates the format.

Define the measurements

State inches or centimeters and the exact measurement method in your Tech Pack. An inseam request alone does not define the fit; include the garment measurements and tolerances to be agreed for your sample.

Keep pieces and sets clear

For matching sets, list the top size, pant size and pant length separately, then give the set quantity for each combination. Keep pant-only pieces separate from set quantities in your request.

Quantities and any fabric, color or trim constraints need confirmation with your quotation. Still deciding? Send a short brief with what you know; we can clarify the remaining details together.

Discuss your scrub pants order

BEFORE SAMPLING

Plan your scrub pants order.

Define how waist and inseam are measured

Quote pants in pieces and list each required size and inseam separately. A waist measurement alone does not describe an elastic-waist pant. Include relaxed and extended waist measurements, front and back rise, and your inseam measurement method. If petite, regular or tall lengths are required, give each length its own quantity so the quotation reflects the actual assortment.

Review pocket access in the fit sample

Check cargo pocket position while the wearer sits and bends, using representative items if carrying them is part of the brief. Record any changes to pocket depth, opening or placement alongside the pant measurements. Approve the final layout before size grading and bulk production are confirmed.

DEVELOPMENT OPTIONS

Build the approved reference behind the first order and the next.

These are choices for your custom order, not confirmed specifications for the pictured style. Approve the exact fabric, fit and details through sampling.
