01
Information you choose to provide
When you prepare and send an RFQ, the form asks for your name, company or institution, buyer type, company website, country, email address, product interest, estimated quantity, expected supply model and project message. A WhatsApp number and customization details are optional. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, those services also handle the information you send through them.
02
How inquiry information is used
We use inquiry details to understand your sourcing request, assess buyer and product requirements, reply to you, prepare quotation or sample discussions, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions and maintain necessary business records. The form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
03
Website and delivery providers
The website is hosted by Vercel and uses Vercel BotID for invisible abuse detection. Resend delivers submitted RFQs, and Cloudflare Email Routing forwards them to our inquiry mailbox. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics. If you open WhatsApp, you continue under WhatsApp's own service and privacy terms.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own as part of providing their services.
04
Analytics, campaign attribution and browser storage
Google Analytics is optional. Before you accept, its tag is not loaded by this website. If you accept, Google Analytics may place first-party cookies beginning with _gaand receive the page address and title, referrer, browser/device information and configured interaction data. We do not intentionally include RFQ names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or delivery references in analytics events.
If you accept analytics, the website also keeps the first page captured after analytics is enabled, any available external referring host, standard UTM campaign tags and Google Ads click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid or wbraid when they are present on the landing URL. This attribution record is held in session storage for the current browser session and is attached to an RFQ only if you choose to submit it. It helps our team understand which campaign or advertising click generated the business inquiry and can support later conversion measurement.
Choosing necessary-only storage removes and disables this attribution record as well as Google Analytics. Your analytics choice is saved in this browser's local storage until you change it here or clear your browser data.
