Information you choose to provide
When you send a website inquiry, the form requires your name, email address, product interest and project message. WhatsApp/Phone number, company, country, estimated quantity, supply model and customization details are optional. You may also attach reference photos or a PDF tech pack. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, those services also handle the information you send through them.
Our Facebook instant lead forms collect your name, email address, business stage, expected order quantity and purchasing timeline. Brand details, a website or social profile, and a WhatsApp number are optional. Please provide only information relevant to your business inquiry.

How inquiry information is used
We use website and Facebook lead-form inquiry details to understand your sourcing request, including B2B custom-scrubs projects, assess buyer and product requirements, reply to you, prepare quotation or sample discussions, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions and maintain necessary business records. Submitting either form does not subscribe you to ongoing marketing messages.

Website, lead-form and delivery providers
The website is hosted by Vercel and uses Vercel BotID for invisible abuse detection. Resend delivers website inquiries and their attachments to our sales mailbox. Reference files may be uploaded to private temporary storage to process and deliver your inquiry, and may remain there temporarily to support retries. We do not provide public download links. Please send only files you are entitled to share and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics. If you open WhatsApp, you continue under WhatsApp's own service and privacy terms.
When you submit a Facebook instant lead form, Meta provides the submitted information to Raise Apparel. We access and manage these inquiries through Meta and our authorized Windsor.ai connection to assess your project and follow up with you. Facebook also handles information under Meta's own privacy terms.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own as part of providing their services.

Analytics, campaign attribution and browser storage
Google Analytics is optional. Before you accept, its tag is not loaded by this website. If you accept, Google Analytics may place first-party cookies beginning with _gaand receive the page address and title, referrer, browser/device information and configured interaction data. We do not intentionally include RFQ names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, attachment contents, attachment filenames or delivery references in analytics events.
If you accept analytics, the website also keeps the first page captured after analytics is enabled, any available external referring host, standard UTM campaign tags and Google Ads click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid or wbraid when they are present on the landing URL. This attribution record is held in session storage for the current browser session and is attached to an RFQ only if you choose to submit it. It helps our team understand which campaign or advertising click generated the business inquiry and can support later conversion measurement.
Choosing necessary-only storage removes and disables this attribution record as well as Google Analytics. Your analytics choice is saved in this browser's local storage until you change it here or clear your browser data.

Retention and your requests
Inquiry records are kept only as reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. The period can vary with the project and the nature of the correspondence.
