Prepare your measurements and sample approval notes

BEFORE SAMPLING

Plan your jogger scrubs order.

Treat the cuff as a separate approval point

Specify whether the order covers jogger pant pieces or complete top-and-pant sets. A rib-knit cuff may use a different material from the pant body. Review the two materials together for shade, cuff tension and the intended care process. Record the approved cuff height and opening so a change in cuff material does not silently change the fit of a repeat order.

Confirm length with the cuff in place

The same inseam can look different with a narrow cuff and a tapered leg. Review a complete garment on the intended wearer, including sitting and bending, and record where the cuff should sit. For sets, provide the top and pant size combinations as well as the total set quantity.

DEVELOPMENT OPTIONS

Build the approved reference behind the first order and the next.

These are choices for your custom order, not confirmed specifications for the pictured style. Approve the exact fabric, fit and details through sampling.

Request product information
Cuff construction
Discuss rib-knit, self-fabric or elasticated cuff construction against your reference. Confirm cuff height and opening on the sample.
Taper and length
Specify thigh, knee, lower-leg and inseam measurements. Review where the cuff sits on the intended wearer.
Waist and drawcord
Define waistband height, elastic and drawcord details, including relaxed and extended waist measurements.
Pocket arrangement
Review side, cargo and back pockets with the narrower leg shape. Specify pocket dimensions and closures in the development brief.
Body and cuff materials
Choose 72% polyester / 21% rayon / 7% spandex TR stretch twill or another fabric for the garment body. Select any separate cuff material alongside it, and review shade, recovery and care compatibility on physical samples.
Labels and matching top
Plan private labels and logo placement. For coordinated sets, identify the top style and agree the shared fabric and color reference.
Quantity and assortment
State whether the order is for pant pieces or complete sets, then split quantities by style, color and size. Workable minimums follow the approved materials and construction.
