Uniform Programs / OEM & B2B SUPPLY

Medical School Uniform Programs

Plan medical school uniforms around the students who will wear them and the way your school distributes each intake. Define department colors, individual top and pant sizes, school identification and packing groups before reviewing a sample. Share your intake dates so sampling and delivery options can be considered in the quotation.

MEDICAL SCHOOL UNIFORM PLANNING

Turn your student count into a garment order.

Use one line for each top and pant size combination. Repeat the breakdown for each campus, intake or department color so the order can be checked against your distribution plan.

Illustrative planning example: 60 students, two scrub sets each, one cohort and one color. The size labels show the request format; they are not a size chart, stock list or minimum order.

Count extra garments separately

Here, each set means one top and one pair of pants: 120 tops and 120 pants before spares. List spare tops, extra pants and lab coats separately by size. Keep those pieces out of the set total.

Match the order to the approved sample

Attach the selected style, size chart revision, color and logo reference to your breakdown. Include any requested pant lengths. Review the fabric and intended washing process before confirming the sample and packing list.

Review the 72/21/7 fabric option

Still collecting student sizes? Start with the expected student count, garments per student and required arrival date. The workable minimum, fabric availability and timing are confirmed for your proposed order.

Discuss your school uniform order

BEFORE SAMPLING

Plan your medical school uniforms order.

Build the size breakdown before assigning intake packs

Separate the number of students from the number of garments required per student. Record top and pant sizes independently if students can choose different sizes, then connect each size combination to its campus or cohort. Use a fitting sample and an agreed measurement chart before finalizing the bulk assortment; a size label alone does not define the fit.

Keep one approved reference across new intakes

Record the approved fabric, physical color reference, logo artwork, garment measurements and pack labels with a revision date. For a later intake, identify whether the order repeats that version or includes changes. Share the new quantity and required arrival date early so material availability, sample needs and shipment options can be reviewed for that batch.

DEVELOPMENT OPTIONS

Build the approved reference behind the first order and the next.

These are choices for your custom order, not confirmed specifications for the pictured style. Approve the exact fabric, fit and details through sampling.

Review TR stretch twill, including 72% polyester / 21% rayon / 7% spandex, or other fabric options against comfort, opacity and your intended washing process.
School identification
Share logo artwork, placement and dimensions for embroidery or printing review. List course names, campus identifiers and label variations separately.
Intake packing
Specify whether garments should be grouped by campus, cohort, size or individual set. Define pack labels and the quantity assigned to each destination.
